About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant - Project Manager to provide daily administrative and operational support for our client, a Project Manager. The role is fully remote, and requires reliable access to the internet, and collaborate seamlessly online. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and project coordination tasks in a remote environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects and communications running smoothly, ensuring that priorities are met efficiently.

Job Description 

  • Manage emails and maintain an organized inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

  • Handle calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

  • Prepare and format project documents, reports, and other deliverables.

  • Submit request for proposals.

  • Compile and submit professional profiles and supporting materials.

  • Respond promptly to requests for information, documents, or clarifications.

  • Support general administrative and operational needs to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Conduct research and data entry to support ongoing initiatives.

  • Assist with meeting preparation and note-taking.

  • Provide responsive and professional customer or client support when needed.

  • Maintain project records and ensure information is up to date and easily accessible.

Requirements 

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Assistant, Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.

  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
