We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant – Customer Support to provide comprehensive administrative and client support. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and skilled at managing multiple tasks while maintaining clear communication. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client service in a remote environment.
Job Description
Manage and organize emails, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-ups.
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Perform data entry, research, and compile relevant information as needed.
Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
Provide responsive and professional customer support through email or chat.
Assist in meeting preparation, take clear notes, and track action items.
Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or in an administrative role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
