About the Role
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and well-organized Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement, as well as the ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.
You will play a key role in planning and executing content, maintaining brand consistency, and creating engaging posts that drive visibility and interaction across platforms.
Job Description
Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment.
Plan and execute content calendars, including scheduling posts and coordinating campaigns.
Create engaging content, including captions, short-form videos, and graphics design.
Monitor engagement by responding to comments and messages, and actively building an online community.
Track performance metrics and generate weekly and monthly reports on social media growth and engagement.
Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new ideas to improve content performance and reach.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in social media management or related roles.
Proven ability to create content for various social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Required Tools
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other graphics design and video editing software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and performance tracking.
Experience with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
