About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Virtual Assistant to support our client, a financial educator and life skills advocate. This role requires someone who has experience with podcast production, understands branding, graphic design, and can provide administrative support. You will play a key role in helping the client manage daily operations, create engaging content for their podcast.
This is a fully remote position, requiring a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and consistent power supply. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and has a strong creative flair with experience in multimedia content.
Job Description
Assist with podcast production, including editing and repurposing long-form content into engaging social media clips.
Develop content ideas that are suitable for the client’s niche.
Create basic graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
Provide administrative support, including email management, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Communicate clearly with the client to track tasks, address blockers, and provide progress updates.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on administrative and social media performance.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, podcast support, or related roles.
Proven experience in podcast production or editing.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
Experience with administrative tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ClickUp, Slack, or Zoho.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to work in Eastern time zone.
